- Cat6 & Cat7 Patch Cords
Description: High-grade twisted pair cables with pre-terminated connectors.
Application: Connects end devices (PC, Laptop, VoIP Phone) to a patch panel or connects a patch panel port directly to a switch.
Features:
Cat6: Supports speeds up to 10 Gbps at short distances, optimized for 1 Gbps (Gigabit Ethernet). Available in UTP/STP variants.
Cat7: : Fully shielded (S/FTP), designed to support up to 10 Gbps with significantly reduced interference/crosstalk.
Available in various colors (Blue, Red, Yellow, Green, etc.) and lengths (1m, 2m, 3m, 5m).
- Fiber Patch Cords:
Precision-polished fiber optic cables terminated with various connectors. Ideal for backbone connections between switches, servers, or LIUs in high-bandwidth, long-distance scenarios.
Features:
Available in Single Mode (OS2) and multi-Mode (OM3/OM4) fiber types.
Connectors include LC-LC, SC-SC, LC-SC, LC-ST, etc. Ultra-low insertion loss and high return loss performance.
- Patch Panels
Port-based hardware that organizes incoming and outgoing networking lines.
The central point for terminating structured cabling from workstations before connecting to the active hardware (switches).
Features:
Available in 24-Port (1U) and 48-Port (2U) configurations. Options include Cat6 UTP, Cat6A STP, and blank modular panels.
Angled or flat designs with cable management support.
- Keystone Jacks
Modular connectors used for terminating twisted pair cables. Snaps easily into patch panels, faceplates, or surface mount boxes.
Features:
Available in Cat6, Cat6A, and Cat7 performance levels. Color-coded T568A/T568B wiring schemes. 90-degree and 180-degree punch-down or tool-less variants.
- RJ45 Connectors (Cat6 & Cat7)
Standard male plugs for terminating twisted pair cables. Termination points for creating custom length patch cords or repairing field terminations.
Features:
Cat6: Specifically designed for thick Cat6 conductors and shielding (if STP).
Cat7: Specially designed for larger cable diameters and full shielding to maintain signal integrity.
Available in 8P8C configurations with gold-plated contacts.
- Face Plates & Surface Boxes
Wall outlets and mounting boxes for keystone jacks. Provides a clean and accessible termination point on walls, desks, or in floor boxes.
Features:
Faceplates: Available in 1-Port, 2-Port, 3-Port, and 4-Port (UK or US style). Includes shutters to prevent dust entry.
Surface Boxes:Used when in-wall mounting is not feasible
- 7. LIU (Light Interface Unit) / MDF (Main Distribution Frame) Box
The central point for terminating and managing fiber optic cables. Connects outside plant fiber to internal networking equipment.
Features:
Rack-mountable (1U, 2U, 4U) or Wall-mountable options.
Accommodates splicing trays and adapter panels (SC, LC, ST).
Ensures protection and organization of delicate fiber strands.
- Media Converters
An interface device that connects differing network media types (fiber to copper).
Extends network distance by converting copper signals (Cat6) into fiber signals for long-haul transmission.
Features:
10/100/1000 Mbps Gigabit Ethernet options. Available with SFP slots or fixed fiber ports (SC/ST).
